APARTMENTS FOCUSED ON THE ARTS!


Discover the Artesan lofts at the the John C. Dunham Aurora Arts Center. These light drenched and thoughtfully designed loft style apartments at the corner of Galena Boulevard and Stolp Avenue offer modern living spaces within an historic art deco building. Focusing on the arts and education, the Artesan Lofts are 38 artist-preferred apartments adjacent to the Paramount Theatre and directly above the Paramount School of the Arts in downtown Aurora. 

Artesan Lofts do have income restrictions. A leasing preference is provided to applicants that are the head of household and a working artist. No income is needed be derived from an applicant’s art practice, as we know that you frequently have second careers. Non-artist family members are also welcome. Roommates may apply as well, but preference will be given to those that are working artists.
